The reason Bill Clinton is being seen as a weak and useless president is because he did nothing during his eight years as President of the United States. For example as president elect he was talking about his legacy but what legacy does he have? He was sued by Paula Jones a state employee for the state of Arkansas for sexual harassment and lied about his infamous affair with an 18 year old intern. Clinton is going be ranked up with Martin Van Buren and Calvin Coolidge as a president who did very little as president.
