Woodrow Wilson's campaign for the League of Nations made him no different than Barack Obama. Wilson toured the entire country after he returned home for Europe in 1919. But in Pueblo, Colorado he was giving a speech and he caught a stroke and he was brought down by Republicans in the Senate and he died a forgotten man on Feburary 3, 1924.
