The Middle East would a very different place than it is today if the Shah of Iran was never overthrown. Terrorists organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah wouldn't even exist and women wouldn't have to wear the vail and cover there bodies because under the Shah, women could have jobs and attend college unlike now when they have to cover their entire bodies.
