Sure Chip Ganassi dominated the 90s with doughnut man Alex Zanardi and Juan Montoya. In 2001 when Montoya left for F1 after wining the Cart championship in the rookie year, Ganassi brought on Brazilian rookie Bruno Junqueria who was runner up three times in Champ Car. Junqueria should have a champion if it weren't for an accident at the 2005 Indy 500.
