Chip Ganassi was always the man to beat in Cart in the mid 90s. Weather it Jimmy Vasser, Alex Zanardi, or Juan Montoya, Ganassi was always the team to beat. Ganassi won five straight championships at then end of the 90s and was the dominant team by wining the Indy 500 in 2000.
