Ronald Reagan knew that capitalism was the greatest source of hope and prosperity considering that he bankrupted an entire country and eliminated all nuclear weapons after the fall of the Soviet Union. Reaganomics was the right thing for America and those who disagreed with Reagan attacked him saying he was raising taxes when really he was lowering taxes.
