Last year Jenson Button was world champion with the briefly lived Brawn GP, this year he switched to Mcleran Mercadies were he was teamed with Lewis Hamilton becoming the first world champions since 1989 when it was Ayrton Senna who won his first world championship in 1988 and Prost who was a two time world champion. With Hamilton making a comeback, Button's hopes of repeating what he did last year are starting to fade away.
