The 1988 and 1989 F1 seasons were clearly the greatest f1 seasons of all time. Ayrton Senna and Alan Prost won all but one race of the 1988 season and the following year they were fighting for the world that all the way to the end of the season. An incident at Suzaka saw Prost win his third championship while Senna was disqualified.
