The Wood Brothers saw many great drivers such as Tiny Lund who won the race in 1963 and AJ Foyt but David Pearson was perhaps the greatest ever to drive for the Wood Brothers. The Silver Fox first joined the Wood Brothers in 1972 and won one of the most memorable Daytona 500s when slamed into Richard Petty on the last lap and then drove to the win. Now Trevor Bayne has picked up where Pearson left off by becoming the youngest winner of the 500.
