Barack Obama's second year as president was perhaps tougher than the first, as if the economy is getting worse, Obama also had to do deal with an oil spill that he did absolutely nothing as well as the Republicans taking back the House in November. Look with his polls now at lowest, Obama is with out a dought going to be a one term president.
