Bill Clinton must despise Barack Obama considering that Clinton presided over the longest period of economic expansion in history and cut taxes while Obama raised taxes. Clinton did say Obama ran a good campaign but he really does have to hate him. Clinton was the First Black President mainly because black people supported him while Obama is half black half white.
